Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Women List

Forbes has finally released their 2012 100 Most Powerful Women List!

Moira Forbes, the head person at Forbes Woman, said of the list: ''This year's Power Women exert influence in very different ways, and to very different ends, and all with very different impacts on the global community.''

So who are the most powerful women of the world?

Of course, the first names of the list are closely connected with Politics. Second year in a row German Chancellor Angela Merkel is topping this list. 58-year-old “Iron Lady” of the Europe definitely deserves her place!

US Secretary Hillary Clinton is on the second place and Dilma Rousseff, Brazilian President, is on the third place.

Of course, this list is impossible without celebrities.

Oprah Winfrey comes at number 11, and Lady Gaga arrived at number 14, surpassing even Queen Elizabeth II. One of the main reasons of her success is the huge 26-million army of Twitter followers and what is more important, due to her hard work she have earned $52 million in 2011.

Beyonce occupied number 32 thanks to her musician and actress achievements.

Jennifer Lopez has made Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Women List for the first time. She arrived at number 38, with Shakira neighbouring her at the 40th place.

Angelina Jolie have earned 66th place thanks to her activity as goodwill ambassador of United Nations and her talents.

Sophia Vergara has number 77 and Gisele Bundchen got 88th place.
